Vendor Form

  • Vendor is responsible to provide enough heavy duty extension cords to access our power distribution center (Depending on placement, up to 100 Ft of cord).
    Cords must be CSA approved, and have a GROUND PRONG. (3 prong plug)
    Unapproved cords WILL NOT BE ALLOWED ON OUR SITE.
    If Vendor has lighting, light strings must be CSA Approved for temporary lighting, and have adequate guards on open bulbs
  • *There may be an exclusivity clause with a soft drink sponsor for the 2016 Jubilee. All approved vendors will be notified if this is confirmed*
    **All extension cord used must be suitable for outdoor use, in good condition, and grounding prongs intact**
    All vendor applications will be reviewed and the Jubilee Board will determine which will be approved for our site.

    WHEN YOU ARRIVE: Immediately check in with Jeremy Sutherland– Site Manager, at which time you will receive your space assignments.

    LOCATION: New Glasgow, NS 155 Riverside Parkway.
    SPACE SIZE: 10’ X 10’ will be given to every vendor who purchases ONE space. Please indicate and pay for more than ONE space if you think that you need more than a 10’ X 10’ area.

    There will be major setup on Friday July 29 between 12PM and 4PM, then minor things can be brought in and added Saturday and Sunday between 12PM and 4PM if needed. There is no long term parking for large trucks or vans they will have to come and go during the predetermined set-up times.

    SPACE PRICE: $300 Unlicensed - $ 450 Licensed with electric. Rain or Shine! Make cheques payable to The New Glasgow Riverfront Jubilee. Please make note of your Company name and contact name and number on the cheque.
